The NC REALTORS Convention & Expo held last week in Charlotte was a good time had by all. Around 900 attendees from all over NC attended general education sessions, CE classes and heard national caliber speakers. We had our biggest expo ever with 150 companies exhibiting their goods and services. Special guest William Mangum supplied attendees with a print of his original painting celebrating our 2008 Convention & Expo. The original Mangum painting was raffled off and won by Kathleen Olsen. Congratulations Kathleen! Thanks to CRRA, attendees were able to enjoy a great evening of food, fun and music with The Marshall Tucker Band concert and opening reception. Other exciting events included a rooftop party at the EpiCentre, Dance Party, and a Sinatra Lounge and Martini Bar. Groups toured the pastry kitchen at Johnson & Wales University and went white-water rafting at the National Training Center.
